This policy explains how Myself Score ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of Myself Score, handles information when you use this website.

Assessment answers and results
You can complete the assessment without an account. Unfinished answers are stored only in your browser so you can resume after a refresh. Each save refreshes their activity date; progress at least 30 days old is rejected and removed. When you complete the test, raw answers are removed immediately after the aggregate result is created and safely stored, before navigation. The completed category and aggregate scores remain on your device until you choose Retake test, use Delete saved result, or clear this site's browser data. We do not send raw answers or local results to our database.
Hosting and essential service data
Vercel hosts the website for us. Like most hosting providers, it may process request and diagnostic information needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the service, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device details, and error logs. We use this information only to operate and protect the website.
Analytics and privacy choices
On public production pages, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits and page performance, and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate interaction patterns unless you turn analytics off with Privacy choices in the site footer or during an active test. We sanitize page URLs and allow only limited operational event details, such as the test slug and question position. We do not include the question text, selected response, result category, dimension score, email, or a database user ID. Turning analytics off does not limit the test.
No account or payment required
The current assessments do not ask for a name, email address, birthday, relationship details, or payment information. All current assessments and results are available without payment. We do not offer accounts or store results in our database; completed results may remain only in your browser as described above. We will update this policy before enabling database-backed accounts or result storage.
Microsoft Clarity
When Clarity is enabled for this site, it runs by default on safe public production pages unless you turn analytics off. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand whether public pages are clear and usable through behavioral measurements, heatmaps, and session replay. It may capture page rendering and interactions such as clicks, pointer movement, and scrolling. Clarity may use first- and third-party cookies and similar identifiers, including _clck and _clsk, to associate page views and create aggregate analytics.
Clarity is excluded from all assessment-taking and results routes, as well as account, authentication, profile, and settings routes. If you navigate to one of those routes, Clarity is stopped and its analytics consent is denied. We also mask assessment questions, answers, and results as an additional safeguard. We do not use Clarity's Identify API or send assessment answers, results, scores, email addresses, or user IDs to Clarity.
Microsoft retains ordinary session playback data for 30 days. Click and heatmap data, and labeled, favorited, or sampled retained sessions, may be kept for up to nine months. Microsoft processes this data under its own terms and privacy practices. Read the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Your analytics choice
Your analytics choice is saved in this browser's local storage. It expires after 180 days or sooner if this notice changes in a material way. You can turn analytics off at any time with the Privacy choices control in the site footer or during an active test, and you can turn it back on there later. You can also clear this site's browser data. Turning analytics off stops future analytics collection on this device but does not require providers to delete lawfully processed, previously collected aggregate data. Browser cookie and tracking controls may offer additional choices.
When we disclose information
We use service providers such as Vercel, Microsoft Clarity when enabled, and infrastructure vendors that help us host, analyze, secure, and maintain the website. They may process information for those services under their agreements and privacy terms. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business reorganization. We do not sell assessment answers or results, and we do not use them for targeted advertising.
Retention and security
Browser-stored assessment data follows the periods described above. If browser storage is blocked or full, current progress can continue in memory for that page session but cannot be restored after the page is closed. Hosting and analytics records follow the operational retention settings of us and the relevant provider; Clarity's specific periods are stated above. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and to withdraw consent or complain to a privacy regulator. Most assessment information never leaves your device and can be deleted through Retake test, Delete saved result, or your browser controls. For information we control, email support@myselfscore.com. We may need enough information to verify and fulfill a request.
International use and adults only
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their legal safeguards. This website is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. Questions or requests may be sent to support@myselfscore.com.
